although it is a great value what is pictured is not what was sent. I needed an open bottom and top for my ports. so I can either use one opening or the other depending on position of my phone. Or i can drill a hole in the middle for my power cord. This product is best suited for sideways facing navigation units. not phone like htc and iphone.
FYI the product sent is closed on the bottom completely. Not like the one pictured. -- not what was pictured
Works well, nice to have something that hooks to the vent as well as the window. When the window gets hot my garmin is too heavy and falls off.

The package but the windshield mount was missing. It seems ok on the ventilation. a bit hard to adjust the size. -- Works ok but missing the window part
