it fists most reasonably sized devices. (i.e. mp3 players, cell phones, etc...) Alien head style, big doofy looking GPS models it would not fit.

This works great for my Nokia N800. Face the left side out the "top" and the sound and power fit through the non-moving end just fine. It feels a little delicate but I've been using it for over a month now with no issues. Great value so far. -- Works well

I bought this for the Flip video recorder so I can mount it on my dash. It's a nice product that seems well made and stays put on the dashboard. I was surprised how heavy it is for the size. It holds the Flip but anything wider would not fit. You can tilt the bracket, move it sideways or remove it with your device attached. I like it and it works great for me. -- Nice product!
