    This adapter is a nice item to have, and it has good adjustability, good fit, and good overall features. But that is also its main problem: it is only just "good". It fits into deep cupholders nicely, but it could fit better, especially in its ability to maintain a very tight fit. It has some movement to adjust around, but even that is limited to a few optimal positions. And the arm could be longer, which would help the positioning, however I can see that that might increase any instability. But overall, I like it and it does work, but I would suggest looking at several options before buying. For me in my vehicle, it does a pretty good job and I like it. It was worth the money. For others, maybe not so much. Get it if it suits your needs. -- nice but not perfect
    One or more vendors are shipping an item very different than what is pictured here. I ordered mine through a company called, "ShopCell" and they sent me a GPS platform probably just like the one buckaroo (previous reviewer) received. I'm still waiting on a response from the vendor as to what course of action they intend to take to remedy the situation. The GPS platform is totally different than what is pictured here; it is simply a round device that sits in the cup holder with a flat round surface with the purpose of attaching a (user provided) suction cup GPS or other vacuum mount. No cell phone or iPod cradle included; no goose-neck; just a vacuum mounting platform that wedges in the cup holder. -- BEWARE! You may receive the wrong item like I did......
    The seller shipped me the wrong device (a GPS platform). They did issue me a refund (I haven't seen my credit card statement yet, though), but what I wanted was the original device I ordered. Overall, a big headache and I had to order another device (the Gomadic cupholder mount, which I highly recommend). -- Disregard my 5-star rating
    Its a great product. Its much more versatile than i expected with multiple swivel points. It grips my psp with the case on just what i wanted. It fits in the cup holder pretty snug. theres a little wobble but doesn't fly out when i turn corners. Great solution to having a mount other than a windshield or dash mount. -- Fits my psp
